Sound Bath with Karlee Rose

Join us for a Sound Bath in the EESystem with Karlee Rose! Karlee uses crystal singing bowls, other instruments and toning with her voice to guide you throughout the sound bath.

Preparing for the Event:

  • Please arrive 15-20 minutes early

  • Drink plenty of water before and after the session

  • Wear comfortable clothes and dress in layers if you run warm/ cold

  • A salt bath is recommended post session

  • Keep in mind we are a scent free centre
